ADDITIONAL TERMS: CUSTOM MUSIC RIGHTS, STREAMING DISTRIBUTION, AND PERSONAL USE RESTRICTIONS

1. Streaming Distribution & Royalties Agreement

By purchasing the "Publish on all streaming platforms" upgrade add-on, you grant Sunlee LLC and its brand, Sunlee Music, the full, exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual rights to publish, distribute, and monetize the final musical composition across all digital streaming platforms (including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube).

  • Revenue & Earnings: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that any and all commercial earnings, royalties, streaming revenues, or performance distributions generated from these platforms belong 100% fully and exclusively to Sunlee Music. No financial compensation or royalty splits will be paid out to the customer.

2. Streaming Takedown Policy

We respect your privacy and ongoing comfort with the track. If you ever want your song removed from digital streaming platforms after it has been published, you must submit a formal request via email to support@sunleemusic.com.

  • Important Notice: Once a song has been formally taken down and removed from streaming distribution networks at your request, it will never be re-uploaded or re-added to streaming platforms again. Takedowns are completely permanent.

3. Personal Use Limitation (No Commercial Licensing)

All custom songs produced by Sunlee Music are strictly intended, created, and authorized for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., family gifts, personal celebrations, private sharing).

  • Sunlee Music does not produce commercial-grade music for businesses, corporate campaigns, or promotional advertisements under these terms. Any commercial use by a business entity requires an independent corporate commercial license, which is not included in standard Sunlee Music packages or part of our standard production fulfillment.
