1. The Core Song Guarantee (Standard Delivery)
If you purchase Standard Delivery - The Sunlee Signature Song and are not completely satisfied with the initial final production, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Our First Step: We will completely remake the song for you from scratch at no additional cost to ensure we capture your vision perfectly, taking in your feedback given.

Our Final Step: If you are still not satisfied after the remake, we will issue a full refund for the base price of the song ($99.00 promotional launch pricing).
2. Non-Refundable Upgrades & Services
Please note that our guarantee applies strictly to the base song asset. The following add-on fees represent immediate studio labor and hard distribution costs, and are 100% non-refundable:

Studio Rush (3-Day Delivery) upgrade fees once 24 hours have passed from the time of purchase.

Any fees associated with Publishing & Distribution to Digital Streaming Platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
3. Revisions & Corrections
If there is a clear spelling mistake, a mispronounced name, or a structural error regarding the specific details you originally submitted on your product form, please contact us at support@sunleemusic.com within 30 days of delivery so our studio can issue a complimentary revision to fix it immediately.
