However, if you are celebrating soon, you can fast-track your song by choosing a 3-Day Studio Rush or our 24-Hour Priority Delivery for an additional fee. Because our system pairs your music directly with our engineering schedule, please make sure to select your required speed within the quiz form. For orders featuring streaming distribution, we upload your completed song to major platforms the very day we email it to you. While you get your digital file immediately, streaming networks generally require a 3-to-7-day minimum processing window before the song officially goes live under 'Sunlee Music' with your designated track title.

Your purchase grants you complete rights for all personal use, feel free to share your track on social media, play it at private events, and listen with loved ones. Sunlee Music retains the underlying composition rights to ensure your song remains a unique creation and through out production licenses. All songs created by our studio are for non-business use only. Because Sunlee Music does not currently offer commercial licensing, our tracks cannot be used to promote a brand, business, or public persona. They are designed exclusively for your personal listening and playing with others. Choosing to distribute your song through Sunlee Music means we handle the publishing logistics on our official channels, so you won’t need to upload the file to streaming services yourself. While the digital file in your delivery email can be played instantly, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for major platforms to process and go live with the track. Should you ever wish to take your song down from public streaming, contact support@sunleemusic.com. Please note that streaming removal is permanent, and tracks cannot be republished once taken down.

Simply email support@sunleemusic.com directly from your delivery email to let us know what needs adjusting. Our team will immediately fast-track your song into a 24-hour expedited production queue at no extra charge to rewrite and record a brand-new, original version based on your fresh notes. If you still feel the new version isn’t the perfect fit, we will happily refund your base song fee, provided the request is made within 30 days of your initial 1st song delivery. Please note: Due to the immediate studio allocation and engineering time required to move a story to the very front of our production queue, all Studio Rush (3-Day) and Priority Studio Express (24-Hour) upgrades are final and non-refundable. However, The Sunlee Promise for complimentary, expedited revisions absolutely still applies to ensure your final track is a masterpiece.

Once your custom song is complete, our studio immediately submits it to all major global streaming platforms. We will even design a custom digital album cover art piece to accompany your release based on your lyrics. On average, streaming platforms require a minimum processing window of 3 to 7 business days to go live, with Spotify typically offering the quickest turnaround and Apple Music taking a bit longer. Publishing will not be able to match the opted in production timeframe, only for completion of the track. Once your song is live, you can request its removal at any time by emailing support@sunleemusic.com directly from your final delivery email (please include your order tracking number). Please keep in mind that once a track is permanently withdrawn from distribution, it cannot be republished under the Sunlee Music catalog. A Note on Rights & Royalties: By opting into our streaming distribution service, you grant Sunlee Music the administrative publishing rights to distribute the track on your behalf. This allows us to legally manage the digital footprint, naturally collecting any backend streaming royalties generated by the track on public platforms.
